The University of Maryland football team will hold walk-on tryouts on Monday, Sept. 7 at Byrd Stadium at 1 p.m.

Interested players must accurately fill out all of the information contained in the attached tryout packet and bring it to the Gossett Football Team House by 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept, 3 along with a copy of their insurance card, class schedule, and unofficial transcript. Paperwork will be accepted between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from August 31-September 3.

Anyone wishing to try out for the team must have a physical signed by a doctor within the last six months and the lab results from a sickle cell trait test.

Participants interested in trying out MUST be full time students at the University of Maryland College Park and may not tryout more than two times in their academic career.
