Each week during the 2017-18 season a Maryland student-athlete, who has shown excellence on and off the playing field, will be selected as the Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week. This week's Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week is Kevin Huerter. 

Huerter averaged 17.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists over the past two games to help lead Maryland to wins over Ohio and Gardner-Webb. Huerter also connected on 12-of-20 field goal attempts and was 7-of-13 from three (53%) during the two-game stretch. 

Huerter is now averaging 13.8 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game on the season, while leading the Terrapins in three pointers made (30).
