• Maryland holds a 9-5 all-time advantage against Illinois in a series that dates back to 1984, including four consecutive wins. •  Freshman Aaron Wiggins has caught fire over the last two games shooting 8-of-13 (62%) from beyond the arc, including a career-best 15 points with five 3's at #6 Michigan State. Wiggins had hit just eight 3-pointers in the previous six games combined.

Maryland's 64.7% clip from beyond the arc was its best since shooting 68.8% (11-16) vs. Wake Forest on February 2, 2013 (min. 10 made). Â
•  The Terrapins' consecutive road wins over Rutgers, Minnesota and Ohio State marked the first time the program secured three straight conference road games by double digits since defeating Wake Forest (74-55), Virginia (66-42) and Georgia Tech (74-63) during the 2010-11 season.
