PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Junior
Peter Knade of the Maryland men's golf team is tied for fifth after two rounds in the Big Ten Championships at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.

After the first 36 holes, Knade is four strokes over par. He went one stroke over in Saturday's second round with a score of 71. He currently owns a combined score of 144 (73-71). He is four strokes behind the leader, Michigan State's Donnie Trosper, who is the only player in the field to be even through two rounds.

The Terrapins fought through windy conditions and moved up two spots in the team standings to 11
th. They own a score of 608 (301-307), which is just a stroke behind Rutgers and Iowa. The Terps are leading Ohio State, Penn State and Wisconsin.

Junior
Christian Park is tied for 34
th after shooting a 78 in Saturday's second round. He is currently +13 overall with a score of 153.

Senior
Timothy Colanta shot a 78 for the second straight day to own a score of 156. Senior
Justin Feldman shot an 81 Saturday and also owns a combined score of 156. Freshman
Dillon Brown earned a score of 80 on the day and has an overall score of 161 so far.

The 54-hole tournament is being played on the 7,119-yard, Par 70, Wissahickon course. Live scoring will be available

The Terrapins will tee off in the third and final round between 8:20-9 a.m. Sunday morning.

The Big Ten Network will air coverage of the Big Ten Championships on Tuesday, May 7 at 5 p.m.

In last year's Big Ten Tournament, Knade finished tied for 18
th and six strokes over par. Most recently, he finished tied for second in Ohio State's Robert Kepler Intercollegiate last weekend.
