- Maryland's 16 sacks are the most through the first four games of a season since totaling 17 in 2016.
- DL Sam Okuayinonu leads the team and stands third in the Big Ten with four sacks, tallying at least one in each of the first three games.

- Demus Jr. is also third in the Big Ten in both receptions per game (six) and touchdowns (three) and stands sixth all-time in program history with 13 career touchdowns, tied with Darrius Heyward-Bey (2006-08) and Guilian Gary (1998-2001).
- With one more touchdown, Demus Jr. will tie Stefon Diggs (2012-14) for fifth all-time.

- The duo's 255 receiving yards vs. West Virginia (9/4) was the most combined yardage of any pass catching duo in Week One and the most by a Maryland receiving tandem since Torrey Smith (224) and Will Yeatman (46) combined for 270 yards against North Carolina State on November 27, 2010.Â
