COLLEGE PARK, MD -  Each week during the 2021-22 season a Maryland student-athlete, who has shown excellence on and off the playing field, will be selected as the Solomon Eye Terp of the Week.

This week's Solomon Eye Terp of the Week is senior Chelsey Cole of Women's Track and Field.

Cole had an outstanding performance this weekend at the Penn State National open, in which she was victorious in the triple jump. Her mark of 40-7 ½ also ranked as the fourth best score in Terrapins history in the women's triple jump. Chelsey Cole and the Terps Track and Field teams will continue their indoor season at the Kentucky Rod McCravy Invite this Friday (1/27) and Saturday (1/28).
