COLLEGE PARK, Md -- The Maryland women's tennis team (4-1) defeated the George Mason Patriots in a 5-0 sweep Saturday afternoon at the Junior Tennis Champions Center.
Head Coach
Katie Dougherty said "I'm pleased with how we came out in doubles both matches. We were able to carry over the momentum well in singles. The team bounced back from VCU really well all week in practice and it showed today in the matches. Overall very happy with how we competed and looking forward to two more opportunities next weekend".
