COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Led by
Logan Wisnauskas and
Roman Puglise on the first team, seven Terps were named All-Americans by USA Lacrosse Magazine, the publication announced Tuesday night.
Wisnauskas, selected first overall in the 2022 Premier Lacrosse League Draft the same night as the honor, leads the Terrapins in points this season (84) and career points in program history (321). Wisnauskas has recently earned 2022 Big Ten Tournament MVP, the 2022 Big Ten Medal of Honor, and was named 2022 Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year.
Puglise joined Wisnauskas in the first round as he does now on the first team. Puglise was a first-team All-Big Ten selection and was the 2021 Big Ten Medal of Honor recipient.
On the second team sit faceoff specialist
Luke Wierman and defenseman
Brett Makar. Wierman has already set season records for faceoffs won (236) and faceoffs taken (261) in a season with time left to add. Makar is the leader on a a stout Terrapins defense allowing foes only 9.5 goals per game as he individually has racked up 23 GB, 12 CT, and his first career goal.
Jonathan Donville finds his spot on the third team after a season with 26 goals, 19 assists, and 45 points out of the midfield. He was also drafted on Tuesday night. The top pick in the 2021 NLL Draft, Donville was named 2022 All-Big Ten Second Team in his first season as a Terp.

Matt Rahill closed things out as honorable mentions. McNaney has been a steadying presence in frame with 139 saves on a 55.8 percent rate. Rahill has 19 GB, 15 CT, and two points including a SportsCenter Top 10 Play after a 70-yard goal against then-No.2 Virginia at Audi Field.
