Reefe had a dominant weekend overall, recording five hits and six RBIs in her first four games at the collegiate level.
Courtney Wyche was sensational on the mound, retiring the first 15 batters she faced while tossing a complete game. Wyche also struck out eight batters and allowed just two hits – a solo home run and a single - throughout the game.
The game was Maryland's second straight matchup against LMU (1-2). The Terps lost a heartbreaker 4-3 in extra innings yesterday before Sunday's win.

- Maryland loaded up the bases in the top of the second inning and Mazie MacFarlane drew a walk to go up 1-0. Delaney Reefe was next up and she hit a grand slam to deep left field to open up the game 5-0.
- Courtney Wyche was dominant on the mound through five innings. She struck out five batters, including two in the fourth. She set down the first 15 batters she faced. LMU finally got on the board with a solo home run in the sixth inning. It was LMU's first hit of the game.
- Jaeda McFarland hit an RBI single and Diamond Williams hit a two-run home run to take an 8-1 lead. Wyche and the Terps escaped the seventh inning with two on base and secured the dominant win.
