Eric Mantz began as a director in the Facilities, Operations and Events office in 2017, after joining the Terapins in 2012 in the role of operations coordinator. In his role as director, Mantz manages numerous aspects of Maryland football and lacrosse game days including staff development, operating budget, and the guest experience. 

Mantz completed his undergraduate degree in sport management at the University of Florida in 2009. After which he began an assistantship in the UF Athletic Association Operations department while completing his master’s degree in sport management in 2011.
