As a Senior (2010-11): Registered Terp top five performances in the 50 and 100 free...tallied top 50 free time (20.95) at the Terrapin Invite and best 100 free showing (46.42) at the Terp Cup as Maryland repeated as champion... part of first place 200 free relay (1:21.83)...seventh in the 100 free and eighth in the 50 free... member of third place 400 medley relay.
As a Junior (2009-10): Recorded the third best time on the squad in the 50 free (20.77) and 100 free (45.84)...aided the 200 free relay (1:21.43) to a seventh place finish and a B-cut performance at the 2010 ACC Championships...also took 23rd in the 100 free (46.11) at the championships...one of Maryland's top point getters at the Terrapin Cup as a part of three top four relays, including the second place 400 free (3:02.92), third place 200 medley (1:33.19) and fourth place 200 free (1:24.70)...individually, racked up ninth place showing in the 50 free (21.24) and seventh in the 100 free (46.76)...established new career-best times in the 50 free, 100 fly (52.52) and 100 free.
As a Sophomore (2008-09): Had three personal bests at the ACC Championships in the 50 free (20.99), 100 free (46.28), 200 free (1:45.42).
As a Freshman (2007-08): Opened his Maryland career with a fourth-place finish against Johns Hopkins in the 50-yard freestyle (22.30)... placed third in the 50 free against Duke with a time of 21.64... swam a 49.28 in the 100 free, good for fourth place at UMBC... set season-best times in the 50 free (21.27), 100 free (47.04), and 200 free (1:46.66) at the ACC Championships.
Before Maryland: Was a member of the state-title winning team in the 200 and 400-yard freestyle relays as a freshman ... elected the state MVP ("Mr. Water Polo") as a senior ... was also a first team All-American in water polo as a senior and a second team All-American in water polo as a junior.
