    Terps Go for 10th ACC Win against Boston College
    • Fourth-ranked Maryland closes a two-game home stint when Boston College visits College Park on Thursday, Feb. 14. The Terps look to pick up its 10th ACC win of the season, which would make it the first time in the history of the program the Terrapins have won 10 conference games three-straight years.
    • The Terps are currently undefeated at home, going 17-0 this season, the fifth-longest active home win streak in the nation

    Home Sweet Home
    • Maryland has won a school-record 17 home games so far during this campaign, breaking the program mark set during the 2005-06 campaign.
    • The Terps are 17-0 at home heading into the BC contest, tied for the fourth-longest active home win streak in the nation. Hartford and Old Dominion currently has the longest active streak at 20.

    Harper Blocks Her Way into Record Book
    • Senior Laura Harper has made 186 career blocks, tying the all-time Maryland record, a record that has stood for 28 seasons. She is tied with Kris Kirchner who had 186 blocks in her career from 1978-80.
    • Harper currently ranks 12th all-time in ACC history in career blocks, while her 1.8 career blocks average is ranked 14th.

    Head of the Class
    • This year's senior class will leave Maryland as the winningest class in the history of the program. Crystal Langhorne, Laura Harper, Ashleigh Newman and Jade Perry have won 109 games entering the BC game, one of only two classes to win 100 games during their careers.
    • This senior class has also won 83.2 percent of its games played , shattering the pervious record of 80.4 percent which was set by the 1978-79 senior class.

    Cramming Comcast
    • For the second-straight year, Maryland is among the top 10 in the nation in attendance. The Terps are eighth in the nation with a 7,513 average attendance, according to the University of Wisconsin, who compiles the unofficial figures.
    • For the second-straight year, Maryland drew over 100,000 fans to its home games. The Terrapins had a school record 152,523 fans come to Comcast Center for 16 home games. Its 9,533 fans per game was the best single-season jump in average attendance, more than double the previous year's average attendance. Maryland finished sixth in average attendance last season, the highest ranking for the Terrapins in the history of the program.
    • Maryland has recorded two of the top 10 attendances in ACC history this season (vs. Duke and vs. Virginia), also two of the top 20 attendance marks in the nation.

    Langhorne Finalist for Class Award
    Crystal Langhorne was selected as one of 10 finalist for the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award. The list was pared down from the preseason candidates list of 30.
    • The award is presented annually to the NCAA Division I senior Student-Athlete of the Year who exemplifies excellence in the classroom, in character and competition. CLASS is an acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School. The award was launched during the 2001-02 season has developed into the nation's premier tribute for college seniors.
    • The 10 names will be placed on the official ballot for a nationwide vote during the NCAA Tournament in March. Fan balloting will be coupled with votes from coaches and media to determine the recipient. The award was conceived by sportcaster Dick Enberg, who continues to serve as Honorary Chairman. Previous winners on the men's side include Maryland's Juan Dixon, who won it in 2002.

    Coming Up
    • A rematch is schedule, as the Terrapins travel to Duke on Sunday, Feb. 17. In the meeting in January between the team, Maryland defeated the Blue Devils in Comcast Center, 85-70. It was the first time since 2000 the Terps had beaten Duke in the regular season. Maryland's last win in Cameron Indoor Stadium was in 2000. • The game will be televised nationally on Fox Sports Net (Comcast SportsNet in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area).
