Frese on Jones: "I saw Trinity in a gym when she was in 7th grade and we quickly became the first school to offer her a scholarship. So, when she became available, I knew I had to make a call. It's a full circle moment, five years in the making. We are so excited and Maryland fans are going to love what Trinity brings. We've had so much success with players like her and I can't wait to help her college career blossom. We're thrilled to add Trinity and her family to our program."
Jones on Maryland: "I chose Maryland because I truly believe it's the best place for me to develop, not just as a player, but as a person. From the moment I stepped on campus, I felt happy and at peace.
I connected really well with the team, and you can feel how much they genuinely support each other on and off the court. I also trust Coach B and the staff to push me and help me reach the next level. Competing in the Big Ten Conference and being part of a culture like this gives me everything I need to grow into the best version of myself."
