COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland Women's Lacrosse program has announced that its Sixth Annual Golf Invitational Classic will take place on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the University of Maryland Golf Course.

"This is our program's premier fundraiser and provides a chance, not only to give back to the program but also to catch up with some friends in the sun on the links," head coach Cathy Reese said.

The day will start with an 8 a.m. shotgun start and will be filled with golf, fun, contests and prizes, giveaways, and even a chance to win a free car or boat! There is a BBQ lunch and auction to end the day where participants will have the opportunity to bid on some amazing items.
