The ninth-ranked Maryland women's basketball is set for a 7 p.m. battle with Saint Joseph's Tuesday night at Comcast Center.
The Terrapins (4-0) will look to extend their win streak to five games, while the Hawks (2-2) will look to get back to their winning ways after an 80-67 loss at Vermont Saturday.
Maryland grinded out a hard-fought road victory Saturday night at UMBC. Tianna Hawkins led the Terps to a 70-59 win with her 19 points and career-high 18 rebounds.
Brene Moseley was named the ACC's Rookie of the Week the league announced Monday. It is the first weekly honor of her career. She averaged 20.0 points per game in the Terps' wins over Towson and at UMBC and dished nine assists.
