COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Comcast Center, home to the University of Maryland men's and women's basketball programs, was named one of the nation's Top 10 Toughest Venues by Yahoo Sports! Thursday.

The 17,950-seat arena is home to two of the nation's top programs in attendance year after year with record-setting crowds for both men's and women's games.

Also making the cut were Kansas' Allen Fieldhouse, Duke's Cameron Indoor Stadium, Syracuse's Carrier Dome, Wisconsin's Kohl Center, The Pit of New Mexico, Kentucky's Rupp Arena, Pittsburgh's Petersen Events Center, Purdue's Mackey Arena and Kansas State's Bramlage Coliseum.

The Terrapin men's team owns wins at Cameron Indoor Stadium and the Carrier Dome. The Maryland women have won at Cameron Indoor Stadium, The Pit and Mackey Arena in the last five years.
