Katie Schwarzmann, Maryland
The junior midfielder won three major individual prizes this season - the ACC Offensive Player of the Year, the IWLCA Midfielder of the Year Award and the Tewaaraton Award. She scored in every game, leading the Terps with 72 goals. She was No. 2 on the team in ground balls (31), draw controls (52) and caused turnovers (17) too.

Taylor Cummings, McDonogh (Md.)
Cummings ended her prep career in dramatic fashion - she forced a turnover and scored the game-winner in the IAAM A conference championship with 9.8 seconds on the clock, defeating Maryvale, 12-11. It was the 200th goal of her career. She also had 111 career assists. As a senior, the midfielder tallied 61 goals and 30 assists. McDonogh (Md.) finished the season as the nation's top-ranked team and Cummings won LM girls' player of the year honors for the second straight year.
