The eighth-ranked Maryland women's basketball team will host No. 19 Florida State Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in a nationally-televised top-25 matchup at Comcast Center.

The Terps-Seminoles game will be shown live on ESPNU and online in some areas of the country at ESPN3.com.
Maryland (10-3, 1-1 ACC) will look to get back to its winning ways. The Terps suffered through a cold-shooting second half Thursday to fall 60-57 at No. 15 North Carolina. Tianna Hawkins led with 23 points, 13 rebounds and Alyssa Thomas added 15 points, 16 boards.
The Terrapins led 35-29 at half, and shot 39.5 percent. For the second half, the Terrapins shot just 23.5 percent. Nine of Thomas' 15 points came in the final five minutes as the Terrapins cut the lead to two.
Florida State (12-1, 2-0) has won its last five straight games. The Seminoles beat Georgia Tech, 85-78 Thursday.
This will be the 39th meeting between the Terps and the Seminoles. Maryland owns the series, 24-14. Most recently, the Terrapins won 91-70 in Tallahassee on Jan. 2, 2012. Alyssa Thomas had 21 points and 10 boards, Tianna Hawkins had 20 points and 13 rebounds and Laurin Mincy added 23 points.
The Terps lead the nation in rebounding with their rebounding margin of +18.1. They are in the top 10 of the country in scoring margin, field goal percentage defense and assists per game. Hawkins is the ACC's leading scorer and rebounder with 19.1 points per game and 10.1 boards per game. Thomas is No. 8 in the ACC in scoring and No. 3 in rebounding. Hawkins leads the league in offensive boards and Thomas leads in defensive boards.
Next Thursday, the Terrapins will host Miami at 7 p.m. for $1 night. Fans can purchase tickets for $1 each in advance through the Terrapin Ticket Office and $1 concession specials will be available as well.
