A two-time member of the U.S. World Cup team, Millon helped Team USA to world championship titles in 1997 and 2001. In 2001, Millon was the recipient of US Lacrosse's Beth Allen Award as the most outstanding U.S. team player at the Women's National Tournament, and she became the first recipient of the IWLCA's President's Award in 2004.

Millon served as US Lacrosse's first Women's Game Director from 1998-2004. She has previously been inducted to the US Lacrosse Greater Baltimore Chapter Hall of Fame (2004), Fallston High School Hall of Fame (2012) and Community College of Baltimore County - Essex Hall of Fame (2013).

A four-year starter on attack at Maryland from 1988-1991, Uhlfelder was selected as a first team All-American and national attacker of the year in 1991. Uhlfelder helped the Terps to NCAA runner-up finishes in 1990 and 1991 and was selected to the ACC's 50th Anniversary team in 2002.

Uhlfelder was a member of the U.S. Women's National Team program from 1989-2005 and helped Team USA to World Cup gold medals in 1997 and 2001. She won the Beth Allen Award as the most outstanding US Lacrosse team player at the national tournament in 2004.

As a coach, Uhlfelder serves as Stanford's head coach from 2000-08 and is the all-time winningest coach in the Cardinal's women's lacrosse record book with an 84-46 record. Uhlfelder became Occidental College's first women's lacrosse coach in 2010, and earned 2012 IWLCA West Region Coach of the Year honors.

The National Lacrosse Hall of Fame, a program of US Lacrosse, was established in 1957 to honor men and women who by their deeds as players, coaches, officials and/or contributors, and by the example of their lives, personify the great contribution of lacrosse to our way of life. Nearly 400 lacrosse greats are honored in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame, which is located with the Lacrosse Museum at US Lacrosse Headquarters in Baltimore.
