KINGSMILL, Va. - The Maryland men's golf team finished fourth out of the 30 teams competing the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate at the Kingsmill Resort this weekend. Freshman David Kocher finished seventh to lead the Terrapins.
Kocher finished three-over par on the weekend with a score of 213 (70-71-72) on the par-70 River Course.
Sophomore Victor Fox and freshman Joe Brooks each went one-under par in Monday's second round with a 69. Fox wound up +7 on the week (74-69-74). Brooks finished with a 220 (77-69-74) to tie for 36th in the 160-player field.
Senior Connor Tendall finished with a combined score of 222 (70-75-77) and junior Tom Harris ended with a 224 (74-75-75).
Maryland tied for first after Monday's second round team score of 285.
Next, the Terrapins will compete in Ohio State's Robert Kepler Invitational April 11-12 on the OSU Scarlet Course in Columbus, Ohio.
