Washington Spirit Release
 
BOYDS, Md. – Former Terp Zoe Clark has signed a replacement player contract with the Washington Spirit, as announced by the organization on August 30. Clark will suit up for the Spirit for the team's regular season finale on Saturday, September 1 vs. Sky Blue FC at the Maryland SoccerPlex.

Clark is one of six players signed as National Team Replacement Players with eight Spirit players scheduled to miss the game due to international duty. Clark played one season with the Terps as a graduate transfer in 2017 after spending four seasons at California.

Clark played in 17 games and started 11 on defense and midfield for the Terps in 2017, helping anchor the squad's defensive unit. Prior to her career with the Bears, she was a U.S. Youth National Team pool player and NSCAA Youth All-American.
