COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Maryland women's tennis head coach
Katie Dougherty announced the addition of Chloe Hamlin to the 2019-20 roster Thursday morning. Hamlin joins the Terps after spending the 2019 spring season at Louisville.
"We're excited and fortunate to have Chloe join the program this fall," Dougherty said. "She has a wealth of domestic and international experience in juniors as well as a semester in the ACC under her belt. Chloe has a big game and will be a great addition to our singles and doubles lineup. I see her making an impact immediately and her competitive mentality fits perfectly into our vision to move the program forward."
As a member of the Cardinals, Hamlin posted a 9-11 singles record and 9-9 doubles record. She played the majority of her matches at the No. 5 spot. Hamlin secured a doubles match victory at the 2019 ACC Championships. Hamlin joined Louisville after a distinguished junior career and was rated a five-star recruit by the Tennis Recruiting Network and No. 1 in her age group in Tennessee.

2016 Grade 3 Argentina Tournament in singles. She earned the doubles titles at the 2017 Copa Cariari Grade 4, Costa Rica ITF and the 2107 Corpus Christie Grade 4 ITF tournaments.
