COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Each week during the 2019-20 season a Maryland student-athlete, who has shown excellence on and off the playing field, will be selected as the Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week. This week's Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week is Mikayla Dayes from women's soccer. 

The Brampton, Ontario native had two goals over the past week to help the Terps go 1-0-1 in non-conference action. Her first goal came in Maryland's 3-0 victory over George Mason on September 5, before scoring the team's lone goal vs. George Washington on September 8.

Dayes and the rest of the Terps will return to action this Thursday, September 12 when the team hosts Temple at Ludwig Field.
