COLLEGE PARK, MDÂ --Â Maryland plays its final game of the regular season as it hosts No. 19 Indiana on Sunday. The match will also be the Terrapins' Senior Day as they honor seven seniors on Sunday.

The Terrapins are coming off a loss at home on Thursday to No. 21 Wisconsin. Goalkeeper Liz Beardsley picked up three saves for the Terps in the match and is now up to 63 saves on the year.
Series History - Indiana
- The Terrapins and the Hoosiers have met nine times against one another, with eight of the nine games coming since the Terps moved to the Big Ten.
- The Hoosiers hold a 3-2-4 advantage in the series. The two programs met last season, with the Terps taking the 1-0 win on the road.
- The match stayed scoreless for most of the game until Alina Stahl broke the deadlock with a goal in the 86th minute to give Terps the 1-0 lead. Goalkeeper Madeline Smith stopped six shots to keep the Hoosiers off the board and get the shutout.
Alina Stahl broke the deadlock in last year's meeting with the Hoosiers in a 1-0 win for the Terrapins. Stahl scored a goal in the 86th minute that was enough to give the Terrapins their first win over the Hoosiers since 1994.
Last Time Out
- Maryland faced No. 21 Wisconsin on Thursday night, with the Terps falling by a score of 3-0 to the visiting Badgers. The Terrapins picked it up in the second half after falling behind early, but couldn't get the ball in the net to eat into the deficit.
- Liz Beardsley once again made three saves in the match and now has 603on the season, and did her part to keep the visiting Terps in the match throughout the game.
- Madison Krakower created the best chance for the Terps in the second half, taking the ball into the area, but her attempt on goal cleared the crossbar.
Beardsley is now up to 63 saves on the season, nearly doubling the junior's previous career high in saves for a single season. Â
Senior Day
- On Sunday, the Terrapins will be holding its Senior Day celebration before the match against Indiana. The Terrapins will recognize seven student-athletes during Senior Day.
- The seven student-athletes that will be honored Sunday will be Catherine DeRosa, Maggie Fralin, Caroline Koutsos, Sydney Urban, Krista Varrichione, Sofi Vinas, and Eden White.
- DeRosa is a two-time captain for the Terrapins and has four goals and four assists in her four years in College Park. Varrichione is a back-to-back Academic All-Big Ten selection, while Sydney Urban has started in 24 of her 31 matches she has competed in since transferring to Maryland from Florida ahead of the 2022 season.
- Sofi Vinas has been a key contributor off the bench for the Terps over her two years in College Park after transferring from Oregon. The trio of Fralin, Koutsos, and White have left their marks on the Terrapins in their first year with the program in their final season of collegiate soccer.
Scouting the Hoosiers
- The Hoosiers come into the match with a 11-2-4 record and a 5-2-2 record in the Big Ten. The Hoosiers are coming off a 2-0 loss at #4 Penn State on Thursday.
- The Hoosiers are led in goals by Paige Webber, who has 11 goals on the campaign. Webber's 11 goals is the second-most in the Big Ten and ranks as the 15th-most in the nation. Webber also has four assists to give the forward 26 points in 2023. Those 26 points are also the second-most in the Big Ten and rank in the top-30 in Division I. Indiana is led in assists by Anna Bennett with seven, which are tied for the fourth-most in the Big Ten.
- In goal, the Hoosiers are led by Jamie Gerstenberg. Gerstenberg has 42 saves on the season for a save percentage of .792. Gerstenberg has only allowed 11 goals in 2023 for a GAA of .67 that is the third-best in the Big Ten.
