Goalkeeping Legacy
One of the trademarks of Maryland women's soccer throughout its history has outstanding goalkeepers.

• Yewande Balogun continued the tradition for the Terps and was a Soccer Buzz Freshman All-American in 2007 and helped lead the Terps to a No. 1 seed in the 2010 NCAA tournament and a Sweet 16 appearance in 2011.

• Mary Casey took the job for two seasons and was a first team All-ACC selection in 2008 and helped lead the team to the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2009.

• Nikki Resnick was a two-time first team All-ACC selection and helped lead the Terps to the NCAA's Sweet 16 in 2004.

• Ali Wolff earned second team All-Mid-Atlantic Region honors from the NSCAA in 2001 and still holds the school record for career shutouts.

• Missy Price was an All-Region honoree before passing the goalkeeping reins to Riki-Ann Serrins, who twice was All-ACC.
