On Costantino: May be the best pure hitter on the team ... had an outstanding freshman
year, as well as a great summer in the New England Collegiate League ... strength has greatly
increased due to work in the weight room and maturity ... since last year, has turned into a
guy that will hit the ball out of the park rather than just line drives ... has the potential to hit
for both average and power.
As a Freshman (2003): Had an impressive debut at the collegiate level, starting more games
than any other freshman ... finished third on the team in hitting, with an average of .309 ...
