COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The 2014 Super B1G Maryland Madness will be held on Friday, Oct. 17 at 8 p.m. at XFINITY Center.

Maryland Madness will mark the first chance for fans to get a glimpse of the 2014-15 Maryland men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the brand new state-of-the-art video board in the XFINITY Center. Both teams will also be unveiling new 2014-15 Under Armour uniforms.

In addition, the Maryland volleyball team will play host to Michigan State at 6 p.m. on XFINITY Center's main court. It is the first time the squad will play at that venue since 2010.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. and admission to all festivities is free. Seating is first-come, first-serve.

GENERAL PUBLIC: One lucky fan will win a trip to the 18th annual Big Ten men's basketball tournament in Chicago March 11-15. Fans are eligible to win through a special promotion at Maryland Madness but must be present to win.

STUDENTS: Two students and a guest will win an all-expense paid trip to the 18th annual Big Ten men's basketball tournament in Chicago March 11-15. Students are eligible to win either by check-in via MRewards or a special promotion at Maryland Madness. Winning entries must be in attendance to claim the prize. In addition, Gymkana Troupe will perform and there will be more Super B1G surprises too, including a special appearance by a guest performer.
