BY THE NUMBERS

1 - The Maryland men's lacrosse team welcomes No. 8 Notre Dame to College Park for the first time since 2004 for an 11 am faceoff Saturday at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Although the all-time series is tied, 5-5, the Terps are 2-0 against the Irish in College Park with wins in 2004 and 1995.

1 - Senior goalkeeper Dan Morris leads the Big Ten Conference in every goalkeeping category after a great 13-save performance against then-No. 17 Penn. Morris ranks sixth nationally in save percentage (.595) and 10th in GAA (7.69).

3 - The Terrapins have trailed for just 3:13 of a possible 180 minutes through four games this season. All of those minutes came when the Terps allowed the first goal of the game to both Marist and High Point. Maryland is outscoring opponents 18-6 in the first quarter and 33-14 in the first half.

5 - Redshirt freshman attackman Logan Wisnauskas scored five goals in Maryland's last outing against Penn, becoming the first rookie Terrapin to achieve the feat since Matt Hahn had five scores against Towson in 1995. Wisnauskas, who has improved his goal total in each game this season, is tied for fourth nationally among freshmen with 11 goals.

6 - The month of March kicks off a tough schedule to close out non-conference play for the Terps, with matchups against #8 Notre Dame, #1 Albany, #7 Villanova and #10 North Carolina in Califorinia. The Terps have won six straight games against top-10 teams, while racking up a 29-16 record in top-10 matchups since John Tillman took over the program in 2011.

11 - The Terrapins are currently riding a nation's best 11-game win streak dating back to April 22, 2017, which includes wins over seven ranked opponents. The program's longest win streak in history was an incredible 31 games spanning four seasons from 1954 to 1957.

17 - Sophomore attackman Jared Bernhardt has totaled 17 points over his last three games, while Connor Kelly had 17 points in the first three games of the season. Only four other Terps since 2000 have totaled at least 16 points in a three-game stretch: Matt Rambo (8x), Joe Walters (2x), Dan LaMonica and Mike Mollot (2x).

71 - Maryland's man-up unit is currently converting at a 71-percent clip (10/14) after a 2-for-3 day against Penn last Wednesday. Senior Connor Kelly and freshman Logan Wisnauskas have each scored three man-up goals, which leads the Big Ten Conference in the category.

100 - Head coach John Tillman picked up his 100th career victory at Maryland when the Terps defeated Penn last Wednesday, becoming the fastest coach in program history to reach the mark. The win also moved Tillman past Dave Cottle for third place in career wins at Maryland. Tillman's overall .714 winning percentage ranks second among active Division I coaches behind Bill Tierney.
