COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The University of Maryland wrestling team will kick off the 2019-20 season on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. in the XFINITY Center Pavilion. It will be the first chance for fans to take a look at this year's team under the direction of first-year head coach
Alex Clemsen.
"On Oct. 26, our fans will get a sneak peak at Turtle Power and an up close look at the new direction of the program," Head Coach
Alex Clemsen said. "I'm excited to see our guys compete and get a feel for the start of the season. Some of these matches will count in our wrestle-off process, but most importantly it is a gauge for the program to see what needs to be addressed before we head to Charlottesville on November 2."
