COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Each week during the 2019-20 season a Maryland student-athlete, who has shown excellence on and off the playing field, will be selected as the Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week. This week's Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week is sophomore Philip Spadafora of wrestling.

Spadafora went 4-0 at the American Round Robin Saturday, continuing his winning ways, last week finishing second at the Southeast Open, and this week finishing first at 174 pounds at the AU Round Robin. Spadafora opened his day winning 12-2 by major decision over American's Connor Bourne, beating American's Bryce Dempsey with a 5-0 dec., securing a 12-3 major dec. win over American's Conner Allshouse, and knocking off No. 19 Neal Richards of VMI with a 5-4 decision.
