COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland Gymnastics team is slated to return to action this Saturday, February 2 when the Terps travel to New Jersey to compete against Rutgers.

"We watched video and identified where we gave away tenths against Michigan," said head coach
Brett Nelligan. "There was a lot to tighten up and fix and we'll focus on that this meet."
The GymTerps enter their fourth meet of the season with an average score of 194.108. Sophomore
Audrey Barber set a new season-best all-around score (39.125) last week when the Terps hosted Michigan.

Collea Burgess also set new season bests on floor with 9.775s.
Sophomore
Emilie LeBlanc continued her excellence on bars earning herself a 9.825 against Michigan. LeBlanc has scored a 9.825 or higher on bars in all three meets this season for the Terps.
The GymTerps will wear black and pink leotards against Rutgers in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
Scouting the Opponent
This will be the fifth meet for the Scarlet Knights this season. Rutgers average score is a 192.231.
Season highs for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights: floor: 49.300 vault: 48.775 bars: 48.700 beam: 48.375.
Junior Kaitlyn Hall earned a 9.750 last time out on vault for the Scarlet Knights. Bella Huang and Riahanah Ali both scored 9.925s on floor exercise in the meet with Nebraska.
