MINNEAPOLIS, MN – The Terrapins track and field teams continued to deliver strong performances at the Big Ten Championship Meet.

Kattiana Ealy-Pulido led the way for the Terps on day two of competition, as she hurdled to a new personal record in the 100m hurdles - the second fastest time in Terrapins history for the event.

Women's Notes:

• Kattiana Ealy-Pulido set a new personal record in the 100m hurdles, hurdling to a 13.67s finish - the second fastest time in Terrapins history. Ariana Ealy-Pulido also competed in the event for the Maryland squad.

• Jaida Smith sprinted to an 11.98s finish in the 100m dash. Jada Ellis (12.17) and Madison Depry also competed in the event.

• Mackenzie Morgan (2:12.97) and Emma Pegg (2:14.89) competed in the 800m for the Maryland squad.

• Kasey Ebb sprinted to the line in the 400m posting a time of 56.69. 

Men's Notes:

• Kamari Trotz sprinted to an impressive 10.42s finish in the 100m dash. Caleb Dean (10.46), Joseph Ewan (10.59) and Cameron Vereen (10.71) also had strong performances in the 100m.

• Solomon Lawrence ran to a 1:52.61 finish in the 800m. Eric Albright (1:53.22), Chase McGeehan (1:53.36) and Maxwell Myers (1:54.89) also competed in the event.

• Jeff Kline threw to a mark of 17.49m in the shot put.

Coaches Comments:

"Today was another day of solid championship performances. We will be looking to rally as a team on Sunday to close out the weekend."
