Maryland enters its 53rd season as the winningest program in women's lacrosse history, boasting an all-time record of 803-162-3. The Terps have won 82.9 percent of their games, the highest winning percentage of any program in the sport.

The 2025 season saw Maryland secure its historic 800th program win with a thrilling 13-11 victory over No. 8 Johns Hopkins in the regular-season finale. This milestone marks the most wins by any women's college lacrosse program in the nation. The Terps, under the leadership of Head Coach Cathy Reese, aim to continue their legacy of dominance while showcasing the support of IT Cadre throughout the 2026 season.
