Yarden Garzon and
Saylor Poffenbarger were named to the Women's College All-Star Game Watch List presented by Lilly, having been selected by a distinguished panel of national media experts to potentially compete in the national showcase event on April 4 in Phoenix.
The 2026 Women's College All-Star Game will feature the top senior standouts who are on the precipice of hearing their names called in the WNBA Draft. Of the nearly 100 players that appear on the watch list, 20 will ultimately be selected to participate in the event, which will be televised by ESPN2 at 11 a.m. MT on April 4.
Garzon, a senior from Ra'anana, Israel, earned All-Big Ten Third Team honors from the league's head coaches and honorable mention honors from the media panel. Garzon is averaging 12.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 38% from outside the arc this season. She leads the Big Ten in three-pointers made (87). Garzon was named to the Naismith Trophy Watch List, the Cheryl Miller Award Final 10 and earned Preseason All-Big Ten honors.
Garzon reached the 1,500 career points mark this year and now has 1,598 in her career. She has scored in double figures in 22 of 31 games this season and in 14 of 18 games in Big Ten play.
Poffenbarger, a native of Middletown, Md., has played in 59 games in her two seasons at Maryland. This season, she is averaging 9.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 29 games. Earlier this year, she reached the 1,000 career points mark and now has 1,184 career points. She also reached 1,000 career rebounds.
Poffenbarger has scored in double figures in 13 games this year with four double-doubles.
The Lilly Women's College All-Star Game will provide the country's brightest college stars one final opportunity to represent their programs and be recognized against the backdrop of the sport's championship weekend.

Last April, dozens of college basketball's top senior standouts converged in Tampa for the Women's College All-Star Game and inaugural Women's College All-Star Combine. There, four All-Americans, six WNBA Draft Picks, five WNBA free agent signees, and over 18 all-conference honorees graced the court in front of a sold-out crowd.
