Evans also took second in the 500 free (4:36.88). Rouchard is ranked among the ACC's top ten in the 500 free with a B-cut 4:26.72, good enough for sixth, and the seventh-best time in the 1650 free (15:39.60).
Maryland owns the top two times in the 200 fly as Sean Stewart is first (1:47.67) and Aleksandar Damjanic is a fraction behind in second (1:47.68). Both swims qualified as B-cut times.
The Terps' 800 free relay is also tops in the league, with a B-cut time of 6:39.14.
West Virginia (3-2) has defeated Cincinnati, Villanova, and Pitt while falling to Penn State and Louisville in dual meet action this season. The Mountaineers also took third in the Ohio State Invitational. In their last outing, WVU topped BIG EAST-rival Pitt Jan. 9.
