SKILLMAN, N.J. - The Maryland women's tennis team will play in the 2012 ITA Division I Kickoff which is scheduled for Jan. 28-29 at the University of Michigan.

Four teams will play at 15 different sites with the bracket winners advancing to the ITA National Team Indoor Championship on Feb. 10-13 at the University of Virginia.

The Terps, who ended this season No. 34 in the country, are seeded fourth in the bracket and will face Michigan in opening-round action at 10 a.m. EST on Saturday, Jan. 28. The Wolverines, the top seed in the bracket, ended 2011 at No. 10 in the ITA rankings.

The other match in the bracket has second-seeded Notre Dame meeting No. 3 seed Yale.

The championship game of the bracket is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 29. The consolation match will take place at 10 a.m.
