The Maryland men's and women's swimming and diving teams earned Scholar All-America Team honors, announced by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America.
The women's team boasted a 3.10 team grade point average while the men racked up a 3.01.
The Terps garnered the prestigious academic honor for the fourth consecutive season under head coach Sean Schimmel.
The Team Scholar All-American award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented to teams achieving this standard in the fall semester and in the semester of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships (Winter/Spring).
