COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland track & field will host a Speed Clinic Saturday, Dec. 22, on the campus of the University of Maryland.

Highlighted by instruction from current Terrapin and Head Olympic coach for the London games Andrew Valmon, campers will receive individual form work, participate in agility drills and work on technique, core strength and relay handoffs among other activities.

The clinic will be held at the indoor bubble, located next to the golf course. The cost is $40 per camper and the clinic will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
