As a Senior (2004): Ran in the Terps' first three races of the season... best finish came at the ACC Pre-Meet where he finished 14th overall... best time of the season came in the team's second race, running a 27:21.69 to finish 29th at the JMU Invitational.
As a Sophomore (2002): Competed in six races for the Terps, improving on his 2001 times in two meets...posted a season-best time of 26:50.43 at the Paul Short Invitational on Sept. 28...placed 17th at the Maryland Invitational with a time nearly one minute faster than in 2001...competed in the ACC Championships and NCAA Regionals.
As a Freshman (2001): Raced to a 37th place finish in the ACC Preview on Sept. 29
Before Maryland: At Peabody High School in Peabody, Mass., won four varsity letters in cross country...named captain of indoor, outdoor and cross country teams during his senior year...was a two-time cross country league all-star and an indoor league all-star...was the outdoor mile champion in 2001...was on the student council...for two years was the student representative to the Advisory Board of the City of Peabody to the National Honor Society.
