As a freshman: Competed in the Navy Invitational and Maryland Invitational.
Before Maryland: At Damascus High School in Damascus, Md., won varsity letters in soccer, tennis and indoor and outdoor track...was captain of her indoor and outdoor track teams...won third place at the indoor state championships in the 4X800 meter relay...won fifth place at the outdoor state championships in the 4X800 meter relay...was president of the National Honor Society...participated in the Leo's Community Service Club.
