COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The No. 2 Maryland lacrosse team will take its unbeaten record (5-0) on the road this weekend when the Terps travel to face No. 17 Notre Dame (1-1) on Sunday, March 3 in South Bend, Ind. The game will faceoff at noon and will be broadcast on ESPNU.

STORYLINES BY THE NUMBERS

3 – Senior Louis Dubick scored his most impressive goal as a Terp on February 19 vs. No. 16 Colgate, netting a behind-the-back feed from Anthony DeMaio for Maryland's third goal of the day. The goal appeared in that night's SportsCenter Top-10 plays, checking in at No. 3. Dubick had a career day at Navy, scoring a career-best five goals to help pace Maryland to a season-high 14 goals.

6 – Maryland will look to start 6-0 for just the second time under head coach John Tillman when the Terps meet Notre Dame Sunday. Maryland got off to a 6-0 start under Tillman in both 2013 and 2014, with Tillman's best-ever start at Maryland coming in 2014 (7-0). The Terps are 27-2 overall in February games during Tillman's tenure as head coach.

7 – Short stick defensive midfielder Roman Puglise scooped up a career-high seven ground balls against Navy on Feb. 23, helping the Terrapin faceoff unit finish 18-26 on the day. Puglise was named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts, as he also recorded five GBs and a caused turnover against #16 Colgate to help steer Maryland to a 2-0 week.

8 – Sophomore Logan Wisnuaskas finished with a career-high eight points against Navy on Feb. 23, which included his fifth hat trick of the season and a career-best five assists. Wisnauskas has flourished as a setup man on attack with a team-best 12 assists, and he he sits just three helpers behind his total from last season (15).

8.4 – Maryland sports one of the stingiest defensive units in the country, ranking eighth nationally and first in the Big Ten in goals allowed per game (8.40). Only one team (Penn – 12) has surpassed 10 goals on the Terps this season.

18 – Fifth-year senior Danny Dolan was sensational for the Terps against Penn on February 16, tying his career-high with 18 saves against the Quakers. It was the most saves in a game by a Maryland goalie since Niko Amato made 24 saves against Yale on April 20, 2013, while Dolan came through with a clutch stop at the end of regulation to force OT.

50 – Sophomore Logan Wisnauskas's became the fastest Terp to score 50 goals (23 games) since four-time All-American Joe Walters after scoring his final goal of the day against Navy on Feb. 23. Walters reached the mark just one game sooner than Wisnuaskas, recording his 50th career goal in his 22nd collegiate game during the 2004 season. Wisnauskas's current goals per game average (min. 20 games played) of 2.17 is the best by a Terrapin since Jim Wilkerson averaged 2.21 from 1980-83.

55 – Junior Jared Bernhardt eclipsed 100 career points as a Terrapin with his first goal of the game against #16 Colgate on February 19, becoming just the 55th Terp in program history to reach the milestone. Bernhardt now has 107 points (76 G, 31 A) in 42 career games played (T-47th at UMD), and will continue to move up the all-time scoring list as the season progresses.
