COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland baseball program will host its annual golf tournament Friday, September 27
th at the University of Maryland Golf Course. The event kicks off at 7:30 a.m., commencing a potential package of golf, admission to a tailgate and a ticket to Maryland football's Friday night clash with Penn State.
The golf tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. After play is completed, lunch will be served at 1 p.m. The baseball program will then host an exclusive tailgate at Bob "Turtle Smith Stadium beginning at 2 p.m. Kickoff for Maryland/Penn State is at 8 p.m. at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium.
Foursomes for the golf tournament begins at $600, while individuals can register for $175. The tailgate is an additional $15 dollars. One lower bowl ticket will cost $60 and tickets purchased through the baseball program will be seated together.
Participants interested in football tickets must RSVP by
August 15th to guarantee a football ticket. All other participants must RSVP by
September 20th. Golfers will receive an exclusive Under Armour gift.
