Maryland's gymnastics team had a strong performance in the Big Ten's Big Five Event as part of Elevate the Stage Big Five meet at the Huntington Center, posting a 195.725 score. The Terps finished fifth overall with Michigan winning the team competition with a 197.525, followed by Ohio State 196.900, Illinois 196.375 and Iowa 196.225. 

Audrey Barber posted a 38.675 all-around score with 9.900 on floor, 9.850 on bars, 9.750 on beam and 9.175 on vault. Barber now moves to the No.2 spot on the all-time scorers list in program history.

Emma Silberman recorded a 38.425 all-around mark with her best score coming on floor with 9.825. She also had 9.800s on vaulty and bars with a 9.000 on beam

The Nittany Lions hit the 196-point mark for the second time in the year, posting their second highest score of the season, 196.125 at the Elevate the Stage Big Five Meet. The team recorded scores above 49.0 on three out of for events.The team's best score of the night came on floor, where four Nittnay Lions posted scores above a 9.850 en route to a team score of 49.275. Freshman Isabella Salcedo recorded a 9.9 score in the event for the third time this season, the most by any Nittany Lion this year.
