BETHLEHEM, PA – The Maryland cross country team competed in their biggest race of the season at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. Among a field of 44 teams, the Terps finished in 17th place.Â

Anna Coffin led the way for the Terps in the Women's College Gold 6K, securing a top-50 finish in a race of nearly 400 runners, finishing with a time of 21:18.1.
Katie Altieri secured a top-100 finish as the second scorer for the team, with a time of 21:41.9.
Katie Turk stepped up into the third scoring position for the squad with a time of 21:51.2.
Rose Coats continued a strong freshman campaign also running sub 22 minutes.Â

Senior,
Sophia Zell rounded out the scoring for the group coming through as the fifth Terp to cross the line.Â

Hannah Mack,
Rubie Goffena,
Amanda Eliker, and
AnnaMarie Tretola also competed in the Gold race.
Katerina Talanova and
Kirstin Nichols competed in the open race earlier in the day.Â
