The Atlantic Coast Conference
The ACC is the premiere men's lacrosse conference in the country and the Terps are one of the reasons why.
Just look at some facts from the 2012 season:
• All four of the ACC's teams were selected to the NCAA tournament for the sixth straight season.
•The ACC has been represented in the past eight consecutive NCAA Men?™s Lacrosse semifinals and 10 of the last
11, including four Final Four berths for Maryland.
• At least one ACC team made its third consecutive showing
in the NCAA Championship game and 28th overall with Maryland playing in the last two title games.
• During the past five seasons ACC teams have taken 11 of the 20 possible spots in the Final Four.
