The Coaching Staff
Sasho Cirovski has assembled an elite coaching staff with assistant coaches Michael Dello-Russo and Brian Rowland and Director of Soccer Operations Will Swaim.

A homegrown product from Columbia, Md., Dello-Russo returned to his alma mater in 2010 after playing for FC Dallas of the MLS.  As a Terp, he led Maryland to the College Cup in each of his four seasons.  Click here for his full bio.

Rowland brings a wealth of goalkeeping experience to the Terrapin sidelines after shining at UMBC, where he left as the career and single-season record-holder in shutouts. Click here for his full bio.

Swaim helped the Terps win the national championship in 2008 in addition to a pair of Atlantic Coast Conference titles in 2008 and 2010. The Ellicott City, Md., native, finished his career with a stellar 24-9-5 record and 12 shutouts. Click here for his full bio.
