COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The top-seeded Maryland men's lacrosse team (15-3) is set to face the 3-seed Ohio State Monday, May 29, at 1:00 pm, in the NCAA Championship at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2, in addition to a sky camera angle on ESPN3, and it can be heard on Westwood One.

BY THE NUMBERS
1 - Tewaaraton finalist Matt Rambo (154) broke Joe Walters' program goal scoring record (153) with his first goal of the game against Denver on Saturday. He will also go down as the program's all-time leader in points, in addition to being the only player in proram history to record 40 goals and 30 assists (and he has done it two straight years).
3 - Maryland is set to meet Big Ten foe Ohio State for the third time this season, and second in a championship game. This is the first meeting outside of Columbus. Both games were decided by one goal this season, with the Terps winning the latter in the Big Ten Tournament final. Junior Connor Kelly had five goals in the finals and was named MVP.
3 - The Terrapin senior class is set to compete in its third consecutive NCAA title game, a feat last achieved by the 1976 Terps. The group has won a program-record 60 games,including 11 NCAA Tournament games.
9 - Maryland had nine players named USILA All-America - the most for the program since 1998 - including four first teamers: Isaiah Davis-Allen, Connor Kelly, Tim Muller and Matt Rambo. John Tillman has produced 47 All-Americans since taking over the program in 2011.
17 - Head coach John Tillman is 17-6 overall in the NCAA Tournament. His 17 wins since 2011 are the most among all Division I coaches during that span. Tillman is tied for 11th among D-I coaches all-time in NCAA victories.
18 - Senior Matt Rambo has totaled 18 points so far in the NCAA Tournament, tied for second-most in a single tournament in program history. Rambo shattered the program record with 23 points in the 2016 tournament.
36 - Maryland is second in the nation shooting at a 36 percent clip, a number that was bolstered after a 43 percent shooting day against Albany in the quarterfinals. The Terps' goals leader, Connor Kelly, is shooting at a 43 percent clip on the season.
37 - Maryland has made a habit of jumping out to strong starts, outscoring opponents by 37 goals in the first quarter (73 to 36). The Terps are 68-9 under John Tillman when leading after the first quarter.
56 - Junior midfielder Connor Kelly has totaled a career-high 56 points on the season, and currently leads Maryland with 45 goals. With five goals against Albany, Kelly became the first Maryland midfielder since the legendary Frank Urso (1974) to score 40 goals in a season. His 45 goals are a Maryland single-season record for midfielders.
60 - Senior Matt Rambo has proven to be one of the greatest NCAA competitors of all-time. His 60 NCAA points passed Mikey Powell and Steele Stanwick for most career points nationally since 2000 (see bottom of page 3 for list). He has a lifetime average of 4.3 points/g in the NCAA Tournament, including an average of 6.0 points over his last six games.
