ROSEMONT, Ill. -- The Maryland women's basketball team will have at least 11 nationally-televised games on ESPN2 and the Big Ten Network during the 2018-19 season, the Big Ten Conference announced Thursday.
 
The Terrapins are guaranteed two games on ESPN2, which are a home matchup vs. Penn State (Jan. 20) and the Terps' game at Iowa (Feb. 17).
 
Nine of the Terrapins' other 18 conference games will be televised around the world on the Big Ten Network.

This year, Maryland welcomes the No. 4 freshman class in the country, featuring Shakira Austin, Taylor Mikesell and Olivia Owens, as well as junior transfer Sara Vujacic.
 
The Terrapins earned an overall record of 26-8 last season and advanced to their fourth straight Big Ten championship game and NCAA Second Round. The Terps return four starters. Junior Kaila Charles earned All-Big Ten First Team and WBCA All-Region honors.
