COLLEGE PARK, MD – The Maryland men's lacrosse schedule was announced on Thursday. The Terps will play a highly competitive slate once again in 2023. Maryland plays six games at home at SECU Stadium. Times and television information will be announced at a later date.
The defending National Champion Terrapins open the season when Richmond comes to College Park on Feb. 4. Maryland travels to Loyola on Feb. 11 in Baltimore.
The Terps host Syracuse at SECU Stadium on Feb. 18, marking the first time the Orange come to College Park for a regular-season game for the first time since 1983.
Next up, the Terps will have a rematch of last season's NCAA Semifinal at Princeton on Feb. 25.
Notre Dame comes to College Park for a March 4 game and the Terps head to Albany on March 11. The Terps' final non-conference game will be played on March 18 at Virginia in the renewal of the longtime rivalry.
Maryland opens the Big Ten schedule with a pair of home games against Penn State on March 25 and Michigan on April 1.
The Terps play a pair of road conference games at Ohio State on April 9 and at Rutgers on April 16 before closing the regular season against Johns Hopkins on April 22 at SECU Stadium.
The Big Ten Tournament begins on April 29 with quarterfinals on campus followed by the semifinals and championship game at Johns Hopkins on May 4 and 6, respectively.
The NCAA Tournament begins with games on May 13 and 14 on campus. The NCAA Quarterfinals will be held at Albany (May 20) and Navy (May 21). The semifinals and final will be played in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field on May 27 and 29, respectively.
