AKRON, Ohio – The Maryland wrestling team had several athletes in action this past weekend at the USA Wrestling University Freestyle Nationals. Four Terps advanced out of the first day of action at Louis & Freda Stile Athletic Field House on the campus of the University of Akron.
Rising sophomore Youssif Hemida highlighted the tournament for the Terps, securing University Freestyle All-America honors with a seventh place finish in the 125 kg bracket.
